• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client

• HomepageUAE retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio

Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited under UAE copyright law.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate project requirements and content

• Provide approvals and credentials in a timely manner

• Ensure materials do not infringe third-party rights

Delays from the client may affect project timelines.

7. Confidentiality

We handle all client data confidentially:

• Project details are not disclosed to third parties without consent

• Obligations of confidentiality continue after project completion

8. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or business

• Issues caused by third-party tools or hosting providers

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
